Katy Schnitzler MSc MRes BSc (Hons) is a consultant, academic and the founder of MIST Workshops Ltd. She is recognised as a leading expert in the field of reproductive health at work. 

Katy provides training on the prevalent, yet often stigmatised and overlooked experiences of pregnancy loss, infertility, childlessness and menstrual health. Driven by the most current research, including findings from her own PhD, Katy's extensive knowledge and experience informs every aspect of her work.

Katy's collaboration with various organisations across sectors and countries has been pivotal in enhancing awareness and supportive practices around reproductive health issues at work. She is committed to raising awareness of these taboo issues, and implementing effective solutions which positively enhance the lives of the countless employees affected.
